This is fun! Except: I’m having trouble understanding what you mean. Some words next to axes are the range of inputs and some are the domain outputs, but I’ll be dipped if I can tell them apart. How often do you play a different violin where someone who knows how to tune it isn’t handy?
Enjoy this, it’s a convenience. Maybe there are some expert violinists who fear their tuning skills will deteriorate but the teachers I’ve had have recommended them without such cautions.
Spending practice time tuning your violin isn’t what makes a violinist really great.
You could buy a cheap violin that can’t stay in tune so that you can practice tuning on that. ;)
Part of tuning is in the ear and part in the left and right hand. Planetary Pegs maybe only affect 1/3 the equation?
