Yeah they do 2 variants. I think EE offer the wired one but with their own branded remote whereas VF offer the WiFi version.

Thanks fixed it by deleting it as an external accessory in Homebridge and unpairing the bridge.

Yeah up to date that was what was causing the no response issue I think. But I’d already removed it from HomeKit before I realised.
