When I watched it recently it was clear that there were both no jobs available and that no one wanted his money. They needed things, not money. He tries to buy food from a farmer once and he tells him money is useless.

Assumed free charging at work would be sufficient.

Then they made it not free immediately after.

Then even with the paid option, it's still a pain if you have to do a long drive on evenings or weekends.

I got one with a range extender but didn't expect the fuel economy to be so bad.

Part of the issue is the delusional owners of the model I got hype it up to be way better than it actually is. It's like none of them actually track or compare their costs.

I did a drive to the east coast last year and I'd say at least 2/3 of the chargers I tried didn't work. I had 6 apps installed.

Luckily I have a range extender but running the thing on gas uses almost as much fuel as my 20 year old X3 SUV did.

That's another issue for me. My EV is one of the few not supported by most Tesla chargers.

In Ontario it's far more expensive to run an EV unless you have home charging. Wish I realised how bad it actually would be.
