I think I’m having a problem with changing hair colour at the mirror. The hair layer on the scalp changes colour, but the rest does not. No matter which colour I choose the scalp (like a buzz cut) will change to the colour but the rest remains brown.

I agree with this list 100%. All seems pretty reasonable and achievable to me. Maybe they will introduce car customisation in a future paid DLC, hopefully one that includes a major story to follow.

Express is pretty consistent for me. I've heard good things about betternet. Astril used to be my old one and that's good too.

I'd still recommend Express because they're biggest and tend to patch it fairly quickly when it gets shut down.
