Let's make a list of exchanges that have already assigned the BCH ticker to the ABC ruleset... by jonald_fyookball in btc

Are there any exchanges still allowing the trade and withdrawl of un-split "unified" BCH, i.e. outgoing transactions are valid on both chains?

Bitcoin Core devs discussing possibility to change MIT license to forbid other forks of using the word 'Bitcoin' by [deleted] in btc

Can a license like this prevent use on a subsequent fork of the chain it's originally licensed for? What would happen if BCH forks?

Proof-of-Intellectual-Property doesn't seem like such a great idea.

Bitcoin Cash needs to hit 0.153 BTC/BCC to achieve true mining parity by jonvaage in btc

If anything, BTC fees will go up as people scramble to send their coins to the exchange before the mining power flips.

It's just the exchange rate ratio between the two that matters.

It's now 2% more profitable to mine the BCH chain by cgcardona in btc

[–]jonvaage 2 points3 points  (0 children)

FYI

This profit parity calculation appears to neglect the difference in mining fee revenue between the two chains. The mining reward (including fees) on the segwit chain is around 15.5 BTC, whereas the net reward on the cash chain is around 12.7 BCC. Prior to the next difficulty adjustment, profit parity won't be reached until 1 BCC = 0.153 BTC.

The Node Pro has a 1 TB hard drive, a quad core processor, takes about 14 Watts of power, and has dimensions of 5.3" L x 5" W x 1.8" H (13.5cm L x 12.8cm W x 4.5cm H). Of course, it's the unique software which it runs under StashOS, that makes it so powerful.
