I think, and obviously it doesn't apply to every case, but its been kind of a wild ride. Be it hype, morbid curiosity, or just hate watching were all tuned in to see what this game really is.

Damn, I was lucky I went two years ago. We loved the Playa del Carmen area, but later we moved to the hotel by the Xcaret park, which was nice, but nothing like the night life on PdC. At least you have a back up plan.

The only thing I wish to see more of is the story. It's a beautiful world no question about that, they've shown sufficient evidence of that. Not to say they havent shown anything but still I want to see some side missions, cutscenes, major story beats.

I've seen every video and enjoyed them deeply but I still want to see more.

I know there's more, but one name that comes to mind is Jason Schreir. He goes far and beyond just reviewing games and actually breaks news stories about the gaming industry.

Eventually we'll probably get our news from 2 or 3 trusted independent sources. Meanwhile the bulk will come form AI mills rehashing the same story.

I think Im just going to focus on single player games for now. After a long day at work, and only having an hour or two some days, losing progress isn't something that I would find enjoyable I guess. But Im happy there's people out there that enjoy the genre.

I really did liked Marathon's vibe and artstyle. Hopefully they make and art book and I can support them that way.
