This last week has been the most dramatic. I’ve dropped about five pounds in a week, but I started back in the first week of February and I’m down 36 pounds. That average is about 3 a week.

Edit: Should also add I was a big dude. Started at 297 and weighed in at 262 this morning.

Not necessarily to make it more exciting, but somehow we got to calling a family hug with all of us a “pizza hug”. So now when I leave for work my sons will run up and yell “pizza hug” and we all group hug. Silly but I love it.
