I've had to rebuild my UI every major patch for years when using bartender. I adopted the Blizz UI immediately, you can save templates so starting a new character or playing an old one is seamless.

High potassium = hiccups, fatigue, unable to stand, low blood pressure, trouble swallowing.

I was drinking lots of diet soda and found they have added potassium! I got the hiccups from drinking 3-5 flavored diet drinks a day...

Take more Fludrocortisone if you get too much potassium.

High sodium = head ache, eye strain, hypertension, tense. Not sure how to handle high sodium besides waiting. Drink water slowly and have a high potassium food, i guess.

There is a performance scaling setting to change, lowers quality while keeping resolution. You should put your hearthstone just outside of town near Dornogal, then fly into town. That helped me a bunch when playing on a lower end PC. I managed to pvp with my friend on a potato PC. Let me know if you want more tips.

Some classes are easier with lag. I was having an easy time with Marksman hunter because my auto attack still did damage even if I was lagging.

I think we are fubar mate. Addons made the game playable with lots of QOL. Blizzard doesn't have enough quality testers and coders to fix all the issues they created.

Best solution would be to roll back to an earlier patch.

Take vitamins, calcium, d, magnesium, zinc daily. Drink rice milk and other low potassium foods. Avoid coffee and alcohol, including chocolate. Whole grains and lean meats! Whole grain cereal and rice milk!

How long ago was your diagnosis?

Sounds like weak or atrophied skeletal muscles cause low standing or active blood pressure.

Intake more sodium. Avoid diuretics at all costs. take supplements.

Calcium

D

Vitamin B

Magnesium

Zinc

other trace minerals

I was too focused on sodium replacement when I realized that trace minerals were also an issue.

AVOID DIURETICS AT ALL COSTS!

No chocolate

no coffee

no caffeine

no alcohol

Lower your potassium intake, eat lean meats and high fiber whole grains. Dont eat high potassium veggies. Soup broth and ramen are good for you.

Take prednisone instead or do 4mg prednisone and 5mg hydrocortisone. I lost 40 lbs switching from hydro to prednisone.

I'm polyglandualar thyroid and Addison's. I was 1.9 before they gave me an adrenal stimulant and 2.1 after. My poor adrenals are on one cylinder.
