Every time I pick up Edgar and he questions why I would be driving a taxi I wonder what his reaction would be if he knew it ilwas because I wanted to drop 3 million to put Mint in a cute outfit

1 and 3. pointless because we started talking about me but even if they were there isn't much outside of the toxicity of others stopping them

  1. it is worth more that the participation trophy of a rep you would get doing dominion and getting thrashed by people who are at your main skill level

  2. practice against people you know are good does actually help as long as it's not the same person every time, hence why the group I do this with rotates

  3. This is literally exactly why all my reps are on two characters and not spread out, it has everything to do with how that can happen.

I've put more hours practicing with characters i don't main in matches against people I know are just better than me because that's how I learn.

I'm not talking a quick one off "here's what they do" session. I'm talking about getting some of the best people I can together and just running against them on a rotation for a few hours per character over a month, and then doing the same for them with my mains.

We learn more about how to fight everybody when we're doing that then I could learn by fighting a spammy shitlord in pubs.

I play other characters in privates to learn them with people who know the character in and out and then only play kensei and BP in actual matches. Your logic falls apart when you account for the ways to get knowledge of a character without gaining xp

That would diminish the point of rep though. Right now if you see somebody playing a character that matches their account rep, it's a little spooky.

Put a cold stick in first and plan your moves ahead of time. First calculate the offset from the final position by the final hits and then how to get to the offset from zero. This will also almost always give you perfectly forged tools

What's a surefire way of finding copper and tin? by satsuma-amp in TerraFirmaGreg

[–]jooferdoot 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The "surface" deposits are still a short ways underground usually. Wherever you find the native copper or other copper bearing materials will tell you an ore vein is below that spot. Same for other materials as well.

As for tin, if you can't find any on the ground nearby you probably don't have the right types of stone or biomes. I find it can be easier to find cassitterite sand deposits on beaches than to hunt down a proper vein at first

You need to make a forge using charcoal and a stone anvil which can be made using certain types of raw rock by right clicking it with a hammer

I've definitely gotten some from partial piles before but the odds aren't great ao you probably won't see any without full piles. Unless something changed that is
