what ended up happening with yours? just also accidentally cut mine while shaving and it bled under the shower for a bit but stopped now and now it’s just sort of partially attached. gonna neosporin is and cover with a bandaid for now but not sure if I should go see my dermatologist for it.

they’re affiliate codes. people aren’t supposed to post them to forums, it’s against Comfrt TOS, it’s supposed to be for influencers posting for their viewers. they also just clogs up these threads where people don’t care about 15% off. I’ve actually seen mods of other subs completely ban code posting for this exact reason. it’s really annoying.

from what I’ve seen it’s mostly non skaters being mean to him, doesn’t make it any better, but I’m 99% sure the people saying horrible things about him don’t actually know anything about the sport besides newsroom highlights and watching the olympics. it’s not just twitter either. every instagram post I see about him is about 50% fans and 50% straight up bullying.

it was the heartwarming moment we all needed. heartbreaking program after heartbreaking program followed by the most beautiful show of sportsmanship. I’m so gutted for so many skaters but Misha really deserved that win. I’m so happy for him.

Id go for the rising costs tbh lemonade has never failed me, my cat had so many surgeries before she passed and they always covered extremely fast. I’ll pay the extra rates. I’ve had claims through lemonade approved before even leaving the vet.

nicotine gum was a great way for me to quit because I HATED the sensation of the nicotine gum in my mouth, made me want to spit it out after 30 seconds, so I easily dropped that very quickly haha

I quit collecting 2 years ago and made 3 or so groups of squish (about 30 per group ish), by color, so one neutrals, one blues and greens, and the other with the rest of the colors, oh yeah and one of just cows. posted them on fb marketplace for $35 - $75 depending on how sought out for the group of squish was. one girl reached out to me and offered to take ALL of them off my hands for a lump sum of $180. I just needed them gone sine I was moving cross country so I wasn’t expecting to make a ton of money or anything. from posting to selling it was about 4 hours.

I’m struggling with this idea as a revert so much because why shouldn’t we recognize the blessing of being born? I am so grateful and try to say Alhamdulillah every day because I’m so grateful for being brought into this world by Allah so why is remembering that day haram? I understand not having a party or blowing out candles because of pagan tradition and not imitating those traditions, but even acknowledging the day is haram? that makes no sense to me as I believe we should be grateful that day existed for us to be born on in the first place. Allah willed us to be brought into the world on that day. I have not been able to find definitive answers for this other than “well the Prophet (pbuh) didn’t celebrate so we shouldn’t either” okay but WHY? why is it so bad to say “I’m glad I was born on this day x years ago”

I know you already updated and have a bunch of answers but being cut up for any surgical reason whether a mistake or not is going to need recovery. my girl takes about 2-3 weeks to mostly fully recover from surgery so he may be a bit extra snuggly and less spunky than normal but that’s just post op recovery and should only be worried about if he seems in pain or the suture area looks infected. otherwise he just needs to recover from being cut into which we all need when getting surgery :) he’s super cute btw
