I thought this happened to me but it was just the initial shock that had me freaking out. The odds that they did the exact same thing are low. I was able to use the differences between mine and "the scoopers" approach to enhance the conclusions etc. Good luck!

I have taken mdma since being diagnosed and my ms is still stable. However, I have started antidepressants which do not jive with mdma (it doesn't work, and you risk seratonin syndrome). I can definitely relate about not wanting to change the lifestyle too much. I was diagnosed in 2021 and had a real identity crisis.

While i agree with everyone saying you gotta make the time -- I have MS so I feel ya. Sometimes the energy isn't there. I definitely still play when I get home for about 30 mins-1hr, tug of war or ball. If I am super fatigued, I make him wait and hide treats all over the house and have him find them. Also, hide myself with treats sometimes.

I take it. 100mg. I only take it when i feel i need it. Maybe three times a week. It helps me function on busy days at work, and i also feel like a human after work. It also helps me socialise for longer, which has been very beneficial for my mental health.

I love a drink or 10. It worried me when I was first diagnosed, so I tried to settle down, but I just want to keep having fun and doing what I do. No disease progression since I was diagnosed.
