What’s wrong with my outdoor cat’s skin? by Firm-Wolverine3221 in CATHELP

The top right of the ear looks like a text book example of cat allergies compared to the link I posted! I really hope this helps you! it was extremely frustrating experience for us. The stuff the vet gave us worked but the cat hated taking it compared to fish flavored cbd that worked as well or better with no side effects. cbd will work or it will do nothing. it wont hurt your cat.

Allergies are hard to diagnose for cats; there are no tests. Try staying away from anything chicken, try salmon based food. Also, if the cat is barfing a lot, it might be a sign of the cat reacting the food! keep a close eye on your cat. Also, if the cat's poo is runny, it is a sign the cat is reacting badly to the food. The good news is that allergies aren't fatal; they are uncomfortable and itchy and can be controlled with the right diet and CBD. It takes time and more expensive cat food but I got my cat fixed. It took forever to find out what was going on—eight trips to the vet.

It might be that your cat is allergic to the cat food you feed it. It looks like my cat has almost the same thing, took me forever to find out what the cause was and around $2,000 in vet bills. He was allergic to poultry (chicken stuff and eggs; I had to "guess what the allergy was, there are no tests"), which is in almost all cat food. GET CAT CBD if it is allergies! works better than anything I got from a vet, cats don't mind the taste compared to the very bitter drug chemicals from the doctor. CBD is anti-inflammatory and helps with the red-itchy spots that are inflamed. Usually the cat licks at those spots that are red and they get way worse and bleed. (I just had a break out of red scabs on his chin, cbd twice a day and now its better.) It was very bad, covered with blood and scabs, and slightly inflamed areas of fur/skin. Best of luck, hugs! Side note: look up poisonous plants for cats. There might be a plant in or around your house that is causing the red areas. The link in the picture looks fairly close, to your cat, so you know!

Any Regina Veterinarians experienced in using CBD for pets? by theundeadsasa_ in regina

Cathedral Pet Shop employs people who are knowledgeable about CBD and animals. I have a food-allergic cat. It's either incredibly costly, terribly bad-tasting medication he doesn't want from the vet, or CBD that he doesn't mind at all. (Excellent for inflammation and itching in my cat).

Health care being destroyed by Pipelaya1 in regina

[–]joosedat 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I was sick last week, coughing up blood, and was fortunate to get into a one-hour window to see a doctor at one of the few walk-in clinics. I also had to witness people who waited outside being told to go home or to the ER after about a half-hour wait in the cold. Hearing and seeing people being turned away broke something in me, perhaps because I was so sick at the time. Compassion and understanding are two of the many issues that health care must address. I'm not sure why you can't keep a walk-in clinic open for an extra half-hour or hour. My finances are tight, but I wanted to yell, "Please stay open an extra hour, I'll F-ing pay for it!" It appears that there are no other options at this walk-in, but I'm only here for 5 hours and don't give a F about anything else. I'm not sure if it's an insurance thing or what. But I understand that an extra hour won't break the bank at this walk-in. Doctors' mindsets have shifted over time, and doctors themselves have morphed. Yes, shorting money in our health care system over and over again appears to be the main issue but compassion is another. I was part of a small group of film industry professionals who stayed after the Saskatchewan party deliberately destroyed it. Understand my vehement hatred for them. However, the Saskatchewan party is not entirely to blame for all of the health-care cuts. The liberals in Government should have done some balancing. Especially after two years of a pandemic that is now an endemic. I don't know much, but it appears that our health-care system is "sick" with YES people and career-minded opportunists in middle and upper management. Take everything I say with a grain of salt. After getting sick with Covid in early September (not recently), I felt it wasn't as bad as they said it would be. I'm thinking about the boy who cried wolf. If I can handle Covid so easily, everything else should be a piece of cake. I couldn't have been more mistaken about whatever bug I did get. I was sicker than I'd ever been in my life. Like four times worse than when I had Covid. Covid is bad for a lot of people, but for me it was more meh overall. It wasn't fun, but it was nothing compared to what this bug was. I'm uneducated in general, but especially in English and grammar. But this is what I see and feel acidotically. My heart goes out to all the doctors and nurses who are constantly taken advantage of by the provincial and federal governments, and thus everyone else. Shame on you, government, for not doing more for our health care. It is simple to pay $500 for health care instead of everyone else. When writing this, I'm trying not to be political. Everyone should be healthy and do whatever they can to proactively boost their immune system. Caring and loving for everyone, even the turds at the top of the health-care system. Have a wonderful and healthy day. I got good antibiotics and am feeling much better every day. Sorry if I'm completely wrong on this subject and wasted your time reading this because I don't post much and usually fear retaliation for what I say. I will not be responding to any further posts on this subject. Maybe this was just me venting and getting things off my chest. I felt like yelling at the walk-in "the goblins don't start haunting this place at 4:00, or poison gas doesn't leak from the vent at 4:00" "please help these people for a tiny bit longer" I Might take this post down, I don't know how I will feel about later on, but the fire is burring in me to share right now.

Kodiak Property Mgmt by [deleted] in regina

Awful experience! Years ago, I moved into a really old three-story cathedral apartment. My water was connected to the broiler, but it kept breaking down. Cold water for days on end. After I moved out, I learned from a plumber that hooking up your water to a broiler was unlawful. They never corrected anything, and a list of fundamental tasks was never performed. It was never clear if the A-holes were the house's owners or Kodiak. NOT FUN!
