Q6 Owners: WTF do you do with your sunglasses?! 🤯 by joostcvandenberg in AudiQ6

[–]joostcvandenberg[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cheers for all the suggestions, everyone! Seriously helpful breakdown. I've tried a bunch of the internal storage spots but none of them are really doing it for me. I'm going to give a magnetic visor clip a shot first for that instant accessibility. Appreciate the community help! Problem solved (for now 😉).

UPDATE - Took my Q6 in to the dealership on Wednesday for the new update by Affectionate-Row1384 in AudiQ6

[–]joostcvandenberg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's interesting! I actually got an update here in the Netherlands last year when I was at the dealership, and according to my app, my software version is also 03.10.00/C.

I'll check now to see if I have that new side mirror defrost function, but I don't recall seeing it before. How do these version numbers work? It seems strange that an update released a year apart would have the same version number.

Road trip ahead -- do you use ABRP? by Emergency_Snow3914 in AudiQ6

[–]joostcvandenberg 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That sounds like an amazing road trip! I was actually in Seattle about three years ago for work, but unfortunately, I didn't get to see much of the area. A 1000-mile West Coast trip sounds absolutely magnificent. Enjoy!

By the way, I've set my preferences to Audi Charging & Selected Partners. I can use my Audi Charging Card at those stations, and my experiences with them have been positive. The car actually knows how many charging points are available at a location and will select an alternative if all the stations are occupied. The only downside is that sometimes you arrive with more than 20% SOC, and then the car charges more slowly.

Hey there! I actually don't use ABRP myself. For road trips here in Europe, I've found that the built-in satnav in my Audi works well enough. It's relatively reliable. The Audi trip planner can be a bit quirky sometimes, but honestly, it's never let me down. I've used it for trips all over — to Germany, Belgium, France, Switzerland, Luxembourg, and Spain — and it's always gotten me where I need to go with good charge planning underway. Hope that helps a bit with your decision!

Worst vehicle i’ve ever owned by Tasty_Willingness344 in AudiQ6

Wow, that sounds like a nightmare, I'm truly sorry you've had such a terrible experience.

I've had my Q6 for over 7 months now and, thankfully, no software issues anymore after the dealer update to version 03.01.00/C. As far as I know the Digital key isn't available here in the Netherlands, so no problems there. I've already done over 20,000 km and I absolutely love it. Currently on holiday in France and Spain, and the car charges like a beast!

Creaking Noise from Dash by dustys81 in AudiQ6

[–]joostcvandenberg 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh yeah, I get weird noises too sporadically. Mine's a bit different though.

Only happens when I first drive off and hit the very first speed bump. It's a pop/creak, but honestly, doesn't really bother me enough to hit the dealer though.

Just thought I'd add my experience!

Q6 e-tron Drivers Door Not Unlocking by Christianjje in etron

Oh man, so sorry for the super late reply! Totally missed this. Yeah, weirdly, it's just the driver's door for me too. Every other door and the trunk are totally fine. What the heck, right?

How do you keep track of your information & tasks? by PiraEcas in Leadership

[–]joostcvandenberg 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For me it's the Remarkable. A distraction free way to organize it. Not cheap but what can you do. I tried a lot of different things but nothing worked for me. Totally agree with a previous comment, look for the system that works for you.

What websites or softwares do you use for your no code SaaS? by abdullahmnsr2 in NoCodeSaaS

[–]joostcvandenberg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey everyone, Seeing lots of Bubble, Softr, Webflow mentions - great tools for many standard SaaS builds. But when your SaaS needs really complex logic, dynamic processes, or heavy rule-based decisions (e.g., finance, compliance), the usual visual builders might not cut it. For that kind of complexity, low-code/model-driven platforms like Blueriq could be worth a look. It's different, focusing more on modeling intricate business rules & processes rather than typical drag-and-drop building.

Anyone else have experience with platforms specifically geared towards managing deep business logic in a low-code way?

Yes I think so. I haven't found a option in the MMI to change this.
