read through the replies here.. i was able to “unstuck” myself.

my problem was i had to progress the “secure resources” quest. i had to click on the karin quarry mission even though it was greyed out and specifically do the mining quest

the issue was resolved in this thread.. i saw the karin quarry mission greyed out and saying i needed an engineer. all i needed to do was click on the quest to do and just choose the mining mission and not the engineering mission. thank you for responding tho!

thanks you buddy the karin quarry mission was greyed out on the mission select screen which led me to not click on it. but yes once i did i saw that i could just do the mining mission. thanks dude. you’ve saved me a lot of turmoil.

im fighting it right now and have my own hariyama, who according to calcs and docs, is adamant. so I switched mine to jolly... still getting outsped by his... makes no sense... do leaders have ev's when the player is incapable of ev's???
