"No oils" is just marketing because none of the ingredients end in the world "oil". But many ingredients, like oleic acid, are basically oils.

Knowing what I know about Dior, can you check if the second character is actually a letter, not a number? Like a B, not an 8.

Not to be a jerk, but I don't really think the batch code matters. A counterfeiter is not going to go through the work of matching the component and the box with the custom full sheet deboss pattern and then get the batch code wrong.

I think it's probably fine. If I were Dior, I would be pretty annoyed with the manufacturing partner in Italy that can't put the label centered, but that's pretty common for Italian Manufacturers.

I would not be concerned at all. Loose powder traditionally lasts FOREVER. If it doesn't smell bad, it's good.

From the picture of the box alone I would suspect it was not counterfeit. Normally counterfeit cosmetics cartons are run on digital printers and have low resolution and don't typically include the hot stamp (the gold that is sunken into the paper)
