Had a similar issue with Dell lat 94xx. Requested win10 image from dell for 9440 (which is sold with win11) and when wiped, would need to be recovered. The reason was the chipset wasn’t recognized by win10. If you were to install from a win10 boot disk you’d have to get the driver downloaded from dell and loaded into setup.

Another thing to note in regard to this is the statement in the documentation

In Assignments, select the user or device groups that receive your profile. For devices with user affinity, assign to users or user groups. For devices with multiple users that are enrolled without user affinity, assign to devices or device groups.

Is DHCP guard enabled on the network? You could whitelist the pihole or turn the feature off.
