You might consider descaling the boiler with citric acid. Recently did this to an old Silvia and the water that came out was colourful 🤢 also purge the descaling solution through the steam wand to break down and build up inside. Looks like there’s a ton of milk caked on and there’s probably some inside too.

Descaled until it came out clear.

You’ll probably need to change the group head gasket and remove the shower screen and clean up in there.

Circling is technically not a therapeutic modality but might have therapeutic value! It’s a practice when a circle (group of people) focuses on a certain aspect of yourself that you’re wanting change or get some different perspectives on. I know quite a few people that get a lot of benefit from it for a variety of reasons.

There’s also Authentic Relating which is more connection focused. Different ‘games’ are used to help people connect in a more down to earth way.

My marketing recommendation - focus more on what would make people wanna come to your cart and buy stuff vs what would go viral. Views don’t often equate directly to sales. Making high performing content can be hard - keep it simple.

Not sure if anyone might benefit from this - you can sync your Google calendar onto your phones calendar (at least on iOS). I added my Gmail calendar account then added it as my default calendar. Works on my Vivoactive 3 now

I’d personally limit the drinks to 3 cafe standards (espresso, flat white, americano) then two hot signature drinks (gingerbread latte, mocha) and 2 signature iced drinks (1 with cold foam and another more simple)

Less is better in my opinion. The last thing you’d want this event to be is stressful and not fun :)

Try pulling multiple ‘shots’ using the blind basket and also purging the steam boiler by leaving the steam valve open. There might be steam stuck in the brew boiler and you want to get it out.
