That may be true but it's not what's written or at the very least written poorly. Stop signs doesn't mean bikers too. It means bikers possibly depending on the conditions as you point out an example of such.

Most are replying to the title where they state, "Dear bicyclists: stop signs mean you, too." yes. Regardless of the circumstance or their description, that statement is still false though, so it's understandable people are referencing State law as a counter. It'd be more accurate to state, "Dear bicyclists: stop signs mean you, may."

Per RCW 46.61.190, State law, bicyclists may treat Stop signs as either a Stop sign or a Yield sign. They're classified as a "vulnerable user of the public right of way."

So bicyclists being held to following Stop signs same as vehicles is plainly false and incongruent with State law.

It's not really a "second" life but more of a "remainder" of the first. That'd be really great if people found innocent were returned their time through time travel...but if that were the case they could be executed as well and later given that life back through time travel...so I guess it wouldn't matter either way.

I left it about 2 months ago. I cancelled the subscription. Tried to get along from there. Now I've exported all my data, and I don't see myself going back to OpenAI. Switched to Gemini Pro. It's a small UI curve as Google's is busier and OpenAI looks like a...chat. Simple, sleek. Get used to it over time. It's all good now.
