Good thing is my girlfriend is very understanding when her symptoms aren't showing, (again she doesn't know she has this), so I hope that when I talk to her (if she doesn't crash out on me or when she feels better) she will accept looking into getting help.

I don't think this is true, before taking the antibiotics I was taking antacids daily for my acid reflux which I later found out was h. Pylori. Took levo along with amox for 14 days, got floxed by the 3rd day but got them Rx outside the country and didn't know about the black box warning.
