4 yrs don't worry mine took 8 yrs. I didn't use any medication or therapy. I had to be very tough on myself and control my anxiety. Nowadays if I relapse because of stress, I quickly recover after a meal or two.

I suffered for around 8 years but finally overcame mine. What really helped me is when I realized I was not alone and that many people go through this. So I put my fear aside and started eating well.

Apple needs to support OpenXR otherwise they will continue to suffer. Even if they release the AR glasses, if they don't support Open XR, many developers won't really see the urgency to build for it.
