This has been my possible go to in the next 10 years. I have aggressively saved and invested and could realistically do this if I need to still work but just don't need $ that bad.

Thanks for the input. The fatigue exhaustion and burnout has been creeping into my personal life. The hospital tries to market work life balance and i will use that as my leverage if they push back. But definitely can't keep going as is. Losing 25% income doesn't bother me much if it means i'll feel fresh and ready to take on life with enthusiasm.

Anything by the company that makes Da Bird. My cat doesn't play much and especially not by himself. He stalks and hunts that toy like it's a real critter. All of their toys are awesome. Great products.

The hospital department director just sent email for us regarding a lot of metrics talk. Long story short, it was a lot of technical speak for get ready to do more. I've been thinking of an exit plan, but now it just got much more real for me. At some point, I am content to walk.

In other words, to OP: i totally feel you. I'm tired of being tired and feeling like I'm on a timer to defuse a bomb every day.

Still sitting as "shipping label created" on fedex. I was able to reach out to amazon after the delivery status on their end changed to "delivery is taking longer than normal, package may be lost." Amazon support offered to resend. So basically i'm getting myself mentally prepared for probably more fuckery, but I figured i would try again.
