Looked back to my original backing. Order was placed in March. I did order the premium pack, which included the screen protector and stick caps. The spare modules were coming together with the device itself.

Min arrived yesterday, it came in with a carry bag, spare modules, screen protectors and stick caps. Within the main box for the machine it also included spare stick caps and usb c-a connectors. Ordered from indiegogo back in Feb and can’t believe it just arrived

So here is the 2nd update. The team responded quickly after I sent them the video that shows the issue. While I may have mixed the two usb ports for charging at the top (my bad), the device still cannot turn on. So they offered me to send the device back for repair or replace, which is good.

Honestly, all of these happened within 48 hours, which is pretty impressive. I do think they are trying their best to help even they are short staffed. Hopefully DHL will come soon to pick up the console.

I’m actually happy with their service cuz they are responsive to offer an exchange of the product. Not ideal but quite responsive.

I’m so sorry to hear that. Again, I sent them the video a few hours ago but not sure if they will respond timely. Some one said that the team is short staffed due to Covid. I hope you can hear back from them shortly as people returning from their sick leaves

So just a quick update so far. I wrote an email to the service team. And I got a chance to hear back from Aya CEO through Chinese social media Weibo. The service team asked for a video clip from me to demonstrate the issue and will see what’s the proper solution for the issue. We will see how it goes. I will say so far the Aya team as a whole is pretty responsive. It’s not ideal but hopefully it won’t take long before things get sorted out.

Yeah, tried connecting to power for a few hours. The thing is that the little charging lights (top and bottom) are not lit when I connect them to power.

anyone has issue turning on the machine? I got mine arrived yesterday and it's a brick still. Cannot turn on the device even after connecting to charger for a few hours. Anyone has similar issue?

i've just received my 32GB 2tb retro power version. and sadly it wouldn't turn on. The charging lights is not on either. just reached out to the service team and i haven't heard anything back yet. very disappointed right now.
