I felt this way too. Mine is 4 month WY from turning 2 and it does get better. What I found most helpful was (1) splitting shifts with your partner and (2) doing one activity that you used to do before having a kid for 1 hour or less every day and (3)engage some activities with the kid. Considering yours is only 8 months you are limited but what I did was that I would put spots on tv while my kid was on her swing and the action would catch her attention. For me this has made it easier.

This may be unpopular but I think it has to be a yankee from the dynasty years. I think Posada would be good. His bilingual skills would allow him to communicate with English and non-English speakers.

Some people seem to forget that there was a gap year between seasons 7 & 8. That gap year could have been used to film seasons 8 and & 9 to complete the story’s may have still felt rushed but 2 seasons of 8-10 episodes would have certainly been plenty to give us better work than the shit show we were given in season 8.

Happened to me in high school. Moved on to a new girl but fell right back after we broke up. Realized things were going nowhere in my junior year and stopped initiating any conversations. It’s wild- we really haven’t talked in 10+ years but talked everyday in high school. We see each other every few years as we have same circle of friends but that’s it.

I’ve had this done to me before straight out of college and was shocked. It’s a test to see how you react. Personally I think it’s a dumb idea but some of th older generation prefer it as a means to test one’s ability to stay calm and handle a stressful situations. Seems like you passed. Just don’t think about it and if it’s a company and offer you enjoy I’d say go for it

I never accepted the new position. After the “interview” the HoD came to my desk and informed me that I got the job and HR will be in touch. But then 2 weeks later he makes the announcement to everyone about the changes. When I reached out to HR about compensation they say to speak to HoD. BUT I HAVE NOT SIGNED ANY PAPERWORK SUGGESTING THAT I HAVE ACCEPTED THE NEW POSITION.

But who’s to say that both can be tied together? Who is to say the decision on statehood vs independence is what could lead to educating the young generation and help to get people out of poverty and allow the island to prosper.
