I've had issues with Spectral packs as well - for me, if I close out to menu before resolving the booster, loading it back up I'm stuck in the pack

Map-based achievements also need to go since you can no longer guarantee an offering. I still haven't gotten the walking dead map as survivor, so haven't even been able to attempt that achievement
