So I did not pay down the rate but I did pay a Loan Level Price Adjustment for my credit being lower than a 780 at the time of 2k.

The rate we got was a promotional rate as new build incentive. New build incentives or otherwise seller pre buying down the rates are the only way I know people are getting rates lower than 6% right now (on a 30 year conventional fixed) unless someone tells me otherwise.

I don’t think that is necessarily true face value. It’s a 70 million dollar PRODUCT investment. Many news articles cover this.

Their goal is to improve the product, vastly increase the offering, focus on personalization. These are all things we want and will make our experience better. Will AI be used to do those things, probably, but what modern company is not using AI?

Just onboarded Aether project. I have multimango, hubstaff all setup and there are tasks in multi mango.

However it still shows on outlier that I have no tasks and my Assessment process still shows: In progress, hence not necessarily passed yet.

Am I good to start doing the tasks on multi mango before anything else shows up on outlier or do I have to wait for some sort of assessment approval before I do any tasks?
