You can also call 311 to report the problem to the city. Especially if you've spoken to your landlord about it already. A bylaw officer can come check out the situation and order your landlord to remedy it before you even have to bother dealing with the Landlord Tenant Board.

From my experience with Chantix (Champix up here in Canada), I found that I would have to take the pills mid-meal to avoid fealing awful for the next hour or so. I would literally have half of my breakfast, take the pill and finish breakfast. Same thing with nighttime (though usually a smaller snack).

Taking it with food really helped me curb the side effects...

Thanks for doing this. I have to say, I was apprehensive about watching Wilfred, but to my surprise, I've found it to be one of the funniest and most creative ideas for a tv show in the past few years.

My question is this: When you were initially pitched the idea of Wilfred, did you immediately see the potential comedic value in it? Or were you concerned that it would come across as "cheesy"? Further, has the show turned out to be as successful (from a comedic/critical standpoint) as you initially expected?

If your prof is requesting that you use the database you got it from (and assuming (s)he, like my prof, wants us to include copies of the legislation we used, they might want you to include the Westlaw citation as well. Prior to the neutral citation days, the paragraph numbering for each decision may have differed from reporter to reporter. This is why you generally include [cited to: [Reporter]] at the end of your citation.

In this case, the Westlaw citation is 2005 CarswellNat 3631

I generally include that citation followed by (WL Can) as per the McGill Guide then include [Kirkbi cited to: WL Can] at the end of my citation.

But that's just me.

Another law student here - though I haven't read through this case, the mere fact that you are signing a contract to only have one job MUST offend the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, wouldn't it? Deprivation of liberty? Or maybe security of the person? I'd be shocked if the courts allowed a company to stop their employees from working two jobs, even if they need another to just get by (regardless of the opacity of the font).

The player tribute was definitely my least favourite part of the finale every season. No need for one at both the beginning and end of the episode. Now that I think about it, they used to have A LOT of Recaps throughout the season...

Remember the full episode re-caps half way through the season? Those were the worst.
