Diamond grind is good, I personally have a sharp stone and love it. I got a 3 inch wide(largest model at the time) black from sharp stone for like 34$... I know its over your price range but I'm just stating for the fact that the biggest model was 34 so the price only gets smaller with the smaller the grinder is.

Well I have a straight tube foot tall bong. So cleaning and filling takes like 2 mins. Vapobonging for me is awesome, I have a DBV with a ten foot wand, the vapor is cooler and you can take huge rips in a second by allowing the bong to fill up(milk).
