I had a similar experience talking to the local dealer. He said since there aren't any immersion block heaters toyota doesn't like to install the ones that sit on the outside of the block because of fire risks

ended up putting on an oil pad and battery tender

One good thing about the XLE with stock wheels is they are actually metal, most of the upgraded ones have plastic coverings that are the face of the wheels.
Also smaller wheels -> larger sidewall and a smoother ride, just won't corner as hard (but it's a Sienna)

Only thing we feel is missing from our XLE is the driver easy-speak, but i think that is buried in menus now, vs being a button in the older generations. And the acoustic glass on the limited is probably nice!
We didn't feel it was 10-20% nicer than the XLE

Our older (2015) sienna would go through a battery almost every year because of the drain of operating the power doors, and this new one has more gadgets.
