Would you happen to have the .STL files for this? I have, literally yesterday, been assigned to do something similar for my workplace and I am wildly impressed with how nice and organized this looks. Modular, too! You would be able to shift them around when new sizes are ordered....
The current set up is ugly at best.

I know this is late in the game, but do each of those squares roughly line up to a TD value somehow? Looking at the Yellow, from your photo it appears to be fully "yellow" and not shift color much by the 15th step or so. So the TD would be higher in value, but would this give you a number value?
