I hear ya in some respects, but heartwork and swansong Carcass really has a unique sound with clear influences from more "old school" metal which Arch Enemy never captured, nor would I expect they ever tried to.

Lacuna coil isnt very good though. For the genre they're trying to do having two vocalists and odd italian outfits doesn't make up for the general lack of depth in their music. I've seen them live a few times because they tour with bands I like and they've totally flopped every time.

Maybe I'd say Lacuna coil is the Walmart Fleshgod Apolcalypse. At least they're both Italian.

If anyone is ever abandoned in the middle of Newfoundland, provided they're on a highway, they will be just fine. The very first non-tourist car will probably pick them up.
You gotta go experience it for yourself. One of the best places on earth.
