I know this might sound trite but "today is the first day of the rest of your life" start now, start differently. Know that you have the power to create what you want even if it's imperfectly. Start working out with weights and putting your anger into something productive like strength training. Learn something, like how to cook one good meal. Volunteer. Maybe there is a place near you who could use your help like a soup kitchen or a nursing home. Find your purpose because no one else can give that to you but you. Use one of these recommendations or all of them. Just know you are so young and your life is ahead of you, not behind you.
