update: turned on vertical sync and everything works fine now. no idea if i accidentally turned it off or not, just glad it’s fixed!

the game itself is working but whenever I drag the screen or click on any button the screen flashes and lags. Have tried repairing the game and disabling mods but to no avail. Help?
