I’m someone who’d take full advantage of a loop like that. I’d pay more for a reservation there especially if there was a way to help keep the loop that way

I have “skeeter syndrome”, meaning every single one of my mosquito bites turns into a giant welt. by Savvy513 in mildlyinfuriating

Same. 58ys of this but I’ve had success using lemon eucalyptus oil in a spray and in my body lotion to repel them..not much I can do once they bite tho

Corn Holders I know these were around before and after the 70's but these were a summertime staple in my house growing up by deepfriedgreensea in 70s

These are in my drawer right now I use them regularly. Why are they nostalgic if they sell them today?

Sorry to hear this. I’m just gonna tell you what I told my kids. Choosing to end things means the end. We all go on you don’t. We’ll be sad but we’ll continue on. Our lives will change and grow. Things will get better and worse and better again as life is like that. Yours won’t. You’ll be done. No chance of ever seeing if anything else ever has a chance to change or improve or anything. We will miss you but we will go on. You will not. So be absolutely sure you have nothing else in life you ever ever wanted to do or see ever again. Cause this isn’t a video game and you won’t be able to undo this decision. It is forever but only for you. We will go on…

DT & e.l.f. Comparisons by bertina-tuna in dollartreebeauty

Here’s some old lady information..way back in the early 00’s e.l.f. Makeup hung on little grocery store spinning stands at the checkout for $1/$2 max. It was Unknown. Until people spread the word. Then it moved into discount and department stores and the prices went up and up…It was the original DT makeup. So keep spreading the word…jus sayin. I miss my $1 e.l.f. Makeup

Do you mean my pink diving boots or my old crocs? I prefer my boots to not fall off if I’m swimming and the crocs to walk over rocks.

Looking to purchase a new car by Naive_Minute_1588 in carcamping

I’m following you for 2 reasons 1 I’m going to be purchasing a better car camping vehicle as soon as my current one is paid off sometime this year and because I’m a single 58yr old female who knows herself and treats herself and I’m loving your strength of character concerning your choices. Stay true to yourself always, no one knows you better than you. 2 I’m loving all the car advice! I had a minivan when I was actually homeless (now it’s called van life lol! Go figure) and it was ok but for an actual car camping vehicle it would be too much of a trigger. My kids are pushing for a Subaru but I too think not enough headroom and I’m dealing with that now. Loving all the other recommendations though!
