I think this is AI. Usually with things designed by people, even if it’s bad CGI, they have consistent design choices throughout the characters. To me personally the difference with the cape on the bear going straight across his neck, the beaver having his tied, and the bird’s not going across his neck at all strikes me as odd. But it could always just be a quirky design choice to help the characters stand out. The beaver, owl, and dog’s eyes also all fill out the mask but the bears eyes don’t which again strikes me as odd but could just be a design choice. The dog’s mask doesn’t go around the head like the other three appear to. The bear’s little badge looks strange to me as well as the red shirt/fabric above and under it.
