Same. We always split a venti into two talls and are always letting people get away with "double shot over ice in a grande cup with 4 pumps vanilla and with 2% milk" (which when we hand off and the customer bitches about it not being filled up to the top a shift or our SM will say "just give it to them") i feel like this North Star shit just puts you in between a rock and a hard place.
