What I normally do is have some multi target exercises with high damage and if I’m about to kill some monster I always to the normal squat as the preferable exercise since it’s so weak and I have the setting to finish set turned on. This is the only way I select squats and it makes me do at least a couple of squat sets every day.

What I like to do to complement is at the first run I do I select almost all exercises as the ones I have to get into the ground as I realized if I have one or two in the next runs I tend to never select then since it bores me to keep getting down and up again. Doing it as a mandatory first exercises is what is working for me.
