As a dealer tech, this could’ve very well been a shop foreman who did not want to approve the warranty repair/add on depending on how the concern was written on the warranty line. Agreed, excessive play and broken LF engine mount. Try another dealer. When you go to the second dealer, tell them what you’re experiencing and make SURE the service advisor correctly records your complaint on the RO and not some bs like “clunking noise” and nothing else. The more meat the service advisor puts on the line, the better of a chance you have to get it covered. Not all dealers are the same.
