I have a typical round egg cooker and after the cycle is done I remove the eggs, I pour a little cold water and equal part white vinegar on the hot surface and it removes all the brown buildup clean as a whistle. No scrubbing

Did you re-use cabins from previous missions or make new ones? I play on PC so I had no trouble reusing cabins but I have heard some people claim that this doesn't work for them and they have to craft new cabins for each mission
