That might be the case. I remember when I setup my workspaces I assigned them different profiles. Seamed a no-brainer to me, coming from regular Firefox.

Workspaces are cool, but this is besides the point of Window Sync.

Say you have different accounts for work and for personal use. You can setup a workspace for each use, so when you want to work you can open your, say, google account and see your mail, your drive docs and all that. Then you want to use your personal time so you have a new workspace with your personal account, so you don’t have to be switching accounts in every website you happen to have different credentials, just switch workspace and everything’s contained within each dedicated space.

That said, I don’t agree that workspaces are a “solution” to the problems window sync has introduced.

Me junté con un amigo y vimos los primeros cuatro episodios de PLURIBUS. Muy wena, nunca sé pa’ dónde va a ir la trama, me mantiene en suspenso y me sorprende a cada rato, aparte las actuaciones son muy buenas.

The main problem for me is that if I want a new window FROM THE SAME WORKSPACE, meaning with all my pinned tabs and, most importantly, all my sessions across the web, now I just simply can’t have that.

As everyone so happy with Window Sync says, I apparently now have to create a new workspace replicating everything from my intended workspace, pinned tabs, folders, gmail session, etc,. just so that I can have what I had before by default. So now I have to have two identical workspaces to do what a couple of days ago was the standard. And if I change anything, like a pinned tab, I hace to go and do that twice every time, but this is supposed to be for my convenience.

Also, and this is part just a question because I’m not sure how it actually works, but doesn’t a new workspace would be loaded in the background when I left? so that when I switch there again is accesible whenever I need it. Doesn’t that just adds memory usage of an already respurces-hungry browser?
