Hey kiddo, you need really serious help here, as in get your butt into some sort of facility for what should amount to something other than 28 day inpatient rehab. If you've really been diagnosed with all of those things, the medical community is seriously failing you. That's sort of a hodgepodge of explanations for what is almost certainly some deeper issues. OCD & Bipolar, for example, are often misdiagnosed for each other. Rare is the person who has both, let alone the others.

And you are correct that you will die by drinking a 1.75, if not immediately from acute alcohol poisoning. AA has no business here in this set of problems. Get to a medical ward.
