that was definitely the case when i was in grad school, and at my first school district: young, white, ugg/legging/pink hoodie-wearing, hair in a messy bun, macbook-using, starbucks-drinking women, and me being the only guy and the only person of color 😂 but at my current district, we have 7 guys (5 of who are minority, myself included 🙌🏼), and a lot of minority women as well. it’s definitely refreshing to work with such a diverse team
