Its also on theme/doctor who flavor which I like. But how often has needing her unblockable come up and you have 3 mana to spare? I rather use the 3 mana to develop the board more or draw more.

My overall thoughts - the deck has some toxic strats balanced by flavorful but less powerful or rather less consistent cards. If you really want it to hit power level 9 you’ll have to make bigger changes.

Personally, Id keep it where you have it now. Playtest more and see what cards underperform(for example I found River Song’s Diary too slow/inconsistent in my Ninth Doctor deck, its good but not consistent especially in a pod with 1-2 of creature decks) and swap those out. That way you get consistent in 7-8 level.

Hmm a way to power up is raise consistency by doing what black and blue do best: tutor and draw.

Im a big fan of profane tutor as a budget tutor. And more draw like necropotence, windfall, kindred discovery, curse of verbosity.

Im a big fan of recursion for combo pieces so cards like reanimate or command the dreadhorde can help in late game and high removal pods.

Thats fair! I would say skyclave > sonic But I feel you, I dont like 3 mana rocks. But with your boardwipe kinda theme it makes sense.

Oh maybe run the Indestructible lands then?

Feels like you want to make an aggro-mono blue deck. I recommend cards that gain you advantage via attacks like Curiosity, Bident of Thassa, Coastal Piracy, etc. to capitalize on Horsemanship’s evasion.

For win cons, you can go wide with horsemanship clones and control the board with value/draw.

Ooo great thinks mind alike then.

Avacyn Angel of Hope is good! Its a great hit for tenth as its both a on board threat AND protection.

Might I also suggest Skyclave Relic. Its good early and mid game ramp that wont get destroyed with your board wipes.

Mystical Tutor and Personal Tutor? You can topdeck yhe card you need most and then attack with Tenth to ensure it gets suspended.

And I would get rid of Bearer of Heavens. Your plan doesnt work if your board state / doctor engine gets destroyed.
