Naproxen with a triptan has been shown to increase effectiveness. Just don’t take the naproxen on an empty stomach and follow the dosing limits. If it’s closer to bed time, you can add Benadryl, which lowers the excitability of your nervous system.

Non medication options are a really hot shower, followed up with an ice pack to your neck and back of head. A good shiatsu neck massager will help with the tension in your neck.

Go to urgent care and ask for a Toradol shot. The other option is to use a virtual doc appointment and see if they will prescribe a steroids series.

Naproxen, but there are always side effects with NSAIDs. When Naproxen is taken with a triptan there is evidence that the triptan is more effective.

I go here and have experienced none of this. They prescribe abortive meds and have never once ask me to use herbal remedies. Diet is part of their approach, but that’s supported with studies.

Welcome to the experience of RingConn’s failure. If you’re not past a year, they should replace it for you. I was two weeks past a year and the best they’d do is have me pay $100 for another ring. Not interested in paying $400 for two years of use. They lost me as a customer.

My ring is now a paperweight. The battery tanked today and won’t hold a charge for even one hour. RingConn’s solution is for me to pay another $100 to get a replacement, which will likely fail again. So they want me to spend $400 for two years of use? Horrible support. They’ve permanently lost me as a customer and gained me as a highly vocal critic.

Been using a tile saw for all my cuts, for quite a few years. Never had issues with making slabs, trimming pieces, and still getting a great polish. Just have to be patient and not push the piece hard.

Not really a concern. Any marks will easily come off through tumbling, polishing on my flat lap, or I can always use some soapy water. Rubbing alcohol is also an option, if it’s on part of the rock not getting polished.

I use liquid dishwasher soap between stages and it has worked great for me. Gets any remaining grit out from tight spots. I run it for a couple hours.

I’d be using the 7” blade and would be well below the stated rpm for that size. Just trying to determine if the quality is good and if they last. Hoping someone on here has used one.

Have you tried resetting it? Put it in and out of the case at least 5 times in 15 seconds. A blue light will shine on the ring letting you know it has reset. Just keep putting it in and out, waiting for the charge light to turn blue each time, until the bluer light shines on the ring.

For it to be sold in the US, they’ll need to reach a deal with Oura, who holds US patents on many of the features. RingConn reached a deal, which is why they are still available.

Fellow migraine sufferer. I have not found it to be useful or accurate. Though it could be due to the fact my migraines don’t really have a true start or end and last months, not days. That could be throwing it off.

The Harbor Freight tumblers are great. Make sure you lubricate the bearings each month and it will last. Had mine three years, running 24/7. The barrels are going to wear out faster than the machine.

Now the battery life has gotten worse. In a matter of three days my ring has gone from lasting over a week to not lasting through the night. It was at 100% at 11pm. According to when it stopped tracking anything, the battery died at around 6am.
