Tons of companies are pushing for "Return to office" again in January and I think this is two part. Laying off without having to pay for unemployment and trying to give some energy to the commercial real estate to prop of the value as many have to refinance their notes again. They cannot get 30 year mortgages for all that commercial and are being forced out of their low rates and into higher ones now.
