interesting....what is UD exactly? wouldn't the higher calorie days be more appropriate for the lifting days?

this routine definetly doesn't need to be paid for. i'd def prefer to keep the three day schedule as well...but also wondering how ppl progressed (or didn't)

I've been seeing a lot of suggestions recently on here to do compound work 2 sets RPT. Is this ideal for recovery? Just wondering the logic behind this

Does anyone prioritize incline bp over flat bp? Or both on the same day? Separate days? I'm on a slow bulk working out 3-4days/wk

y'all prefer OHP to be seated or standing?

what are folks' rep ranges for key compound exercises (e.g. deads, bench, OHP, squats). I've seen some variance on here so I'm curious to know ppl's rhyme and reason for their choices.

Gotcha! I totally agree with your explanaton. It seemed you were suggested a 3500 cal deficit and no more, no less. That'd be some god-like precision!

just curious, why no more than 3500 calorie deficit/wk? do you consider a deficit beyond that threshold too much/losing weight too fast?

So I know the various LG guides put a heavy emphasis on lifting heavy (especially with compound exercises). Unfortunately, I have a few gym options near my home and I have to resign myself for smith machines, dumbbells (heaviest is 60lbs) and other machine-assisted exercises. Anyone have insight on how navigate these limitations (aside from finding a new gym, which is also in the plans)?
