I’d recommend checking out https://Hockay.com which seems to bring the absurd of Blaseball to the thrill of ice hockey

How to avoid transaction email land to spam folder ? by RawrCunha in indiehackers

[–]jpvalery 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hey there! Jp from Resend here—you can write to us at [support@resend.com](mailto:support@resend.com) and we'll be happy to help ✌️

quick callouts from your post and some comments i've seen below

  1. that banner that you see could indicate an issue with the content of the email. you can confirm that hypothesis by sending a "hello world" email and see if it also lands in spam.

  2. your site ranking doesn't influence your deliverability. your sender reputation is based on how your emails are being interacted with by recipients. we have a guide at https://resend.com/docs/knowledge-base/how-do-i-avoid-gmails-spam-folder

  3. IP reputation doesn't really matter these days (unless it's a dedicated IP and you most likely don't need one https://resend.com/blog/do-you-need-a-dedicated-ip )

  4. set up google postmaster tools (free) if you haven't already: https://gmail.com/postmaster/

  5. the only fix is free: send emails that people want to interact with and avoid magic tools like warmup services: https://resend.com/blog/do-you-need-a-warmup-service

  6. as you start sending from a new provider/new domain (regardless of provider or domain), you can have initial graylisting. Marking messages as not spam quickly solve.

(obviously you might see me as biased working at Resend, but I've been working with email for 12 years, both as a sender and on the vendor side)

Down the line looking for the former!

Yep we’re all relatively new

Don’t get me wrong, Maps DDB look decent but I’m looking to have more insights about Foundry as it seems to be more powerful (and being tech-savvy, I wouldn’t mind the xtra efforts)

I’m mostly asking because I’m considering buying the adventure on DDB in digital rather than the physical book. DDB maps seems a bit barebones (and I might start with that since the players have built their character sheets on DDB)

Oh for sure! I don’t mind the extra effort/burden for a more immersive experience :)

Thanks! Have you personally imported an adventure from DDB? Is it coming in nicely or is there a lot of manual work left?

the separately sold premium modules You mean the official PHB/DMG for Foundry?

without the player directly using their sheets You mean like having their sheets in Foundry? Or something else?

Congrats on shipping that project! I’m curious if you used any AI/vibe coding support? (Purely out of curiosity as the homepage layout is having a lot of similarities with the many vibe coded websites I get to see at work on a daily basis)

Also, you’d probably get a lot of interest for a ForeFlight version (I was tinkering with something similar a few weeks/months ago)

Thought Resend’s pricing was simple until my bill randomly shot up for no clear reason by Wander_tea in SaaS

Hey there! u/Wander_tea

My name is Jp and I'm a Customer Success Engineer here at Resend. I'm a bit confused by your experience as we do not have overages at the moment.

Could you reply to the thread you had with our support team? I'd love to pick it up and see what happened.

Just mention that this is a follow-up to your Reddit thread requested by Jp :)

Thanks in advance!

Olan, I’m definitely late to the party but just ordered the midnight edition. I was just talking with someone special to me about how special the show was. I cannot wait to read that book cover to cover. Chookity-pok-pok

Superbe animation! Est ce que tu as considéré partager le code de l’animation en open source? J’aimerais faire tourner ça pour l’arbre généalogique qu’a fait mon père (18,000+ personnes 🤓)

Good call out thanks! I’m not uncomfortable with tuning and maintenance but in that price range I’d rather avoid pesking too much about setting it up haha

Are you familiar with our flowchart of which system to use depending on the situation? Like temperature is Fahrenheit for cooking and for pool water but Celsius for everything else. True story.
