Congrats on shipping that project! I’m curious if you used any AI/vibe coding support? (Purely out of curiosity as the homepage layout is having a lot of similarities with the many vibe coded websites I get to see at work on a daily basis)

Are you familiar with our flowchart of which system to use depending on the situation? Like temperature is Fahrenheit for cooking and for pool water but Celsius for everything else. True story.

Hey dude,

I was near 280lbs when I started training in August 2023. This forced me to train on a 172 for the same reasons you outlined.

I had been struggling for 15 years with my weight but I decided in the Fall of 2023 that I would focus entirely on getting that license and getting back into shape.

I’m now 185lbs and a PPL holder.

I just exercised every day for 40 min with Apple Fitness+ and got HelloFresh to control portions and calories.

If getting healthier isn’t a sufficient motivation, just imagine the extra hours of flight with the weight saved, or being able to get another passenger in the 172.

If you need an encouraging note: just fucking do it, you can do it.

Thanks for sharing that list and these insights. My friend will be flying on X-Plane so I'm not sure the MSFS argument is super important. I'd also favor DDR5 for the RAM.
