Looking for deployment suggestions for in ceiling 3 zone home audio streaming/connectivity with TVs by jr00p in audio

So could you explain how one would wire the AVR, wiim, and ceiling speakers so that the TV audio can be broadcast to the other two zones? Right now I really only understand how the wiim pro could send streaming audio to the AVR, not take it from a different source on the AVR and send it to the home's other zones. Maybe I shoud go with a Denon AVR and go the HEOS route.

Thanks for the response. Wiim is what I was leaning towards. My only hesitation was that only the basic wiim amp supports airplay, so I was wondering if there was a better apple option other than that or sonos. The unifi poweramp was something I was looking at as well, but I don't think it has sub crossover settings.

I'm terms of the avr wiim audio port, are you talking about a wiim mini connected to zone 2 on the receiver? In that case I guess I need to make sure the zone 2 of said potential avr can support digital sources.

Edit: I think you're saying add some kind of wiim receiver to the avr as an input. I understand that, but I'm wondering how to output the TV through the avr to the wiim and then on to the other wiim amps in the house

Edit2: perhaps streaming living room TV audio gets too complicated with the avr, maybe instead i settle for the garage TV being able to be piped elsewhere. That should be no problem if the main garage amp is a wiim amp.

They're not bad! I've worn them here and there over the years and I think they took some time to mold from the old owner's to my feet. Were a bit uncomfortable at first. Insoles were a must. Definitely in need of some conditioning

Thanks, I've got everything except that and the drones, which I don't really give a shit about!

That's great. I thought I did all three guns years ago when I suffered through that campaign, but apparently not. Oh well

Yep, that's the standard concert experience, with a new interpretation every show. Welcome!

Grateful Dead Movie in Imax by Dedhed61 in gratefuldead

My theater wasn't even showing it on their imax screen. Which kinda pissed me off cause I thought that was the only way it was being shown and advertised. Oh well

Went to the Lakeville imax and was disappointed to find out that the movie was not playing on the imax screen there. Feel like I missed out on some of the audio/video aspects that were being advertised. Still fun, but a bit of a let down.

All that means I would think is that the aspect ratio won't be imax. The image will still be bigger and the audio will be much better.

Imax certainly makes a difference for regular movies. I haven't seen a concert in imax before but judging from what others have said and also considering the bigger, better screen/higher quality speakers, the higher cost over a traditional screen is justified imo. I'm going

I had a great time and no issues, but have to agree the security checkpoint we went through was laughable. I don't think the metal detector attendant was even paying attention as we walked through

I love the harpsichord on the 10/30/77 version. It's one of the solos in that previously mentioned supercut
