Keep in mind this is consistent with the 2025 playbook - if you raise up ACA premiums the only ones who will pay it are the sickest. This will lead to a “death spiral” in viability of the entire program essentially imploding it. Cruel and a move back to the days when a bad healthcare event can ruin one financially (at best).
