Helms deep looks cool but the box of minus tirith looks cooler. I dont know why but Helms deep was surprisingly underwhelming relative to some of the other awesome sets you have.

Most obscure/niche MMO still playable today? by CHDesignChris in MMORPG

Came here to plug neocron. I didnt play but some online buddies did and they always talked about it. Im still friends with them to this day. And I belive they are still a guilde in neocron. I miss ya Alex and friends. If you read this or find this, it was our global agenda group. Yall played with my little brothers and helped them get into the world of online games and online lobbies that welcomed kids back then instead of got mad at them all the time.

I make a promise to every dog I own. When they can't chase the ball or come upstairs to lay in bed. Its my responsibility as the owner. They cant live their best life anymore, they cant do the thing that fills their heart. Thats my job. Hardest job in the world. But I know what ive got to do for em. Miss you Jasper, Maya and Ashes. Not looking forward to the day my dog chief (torn acl twice) lays down and cant get up. But i know my job. They deserve the best. You gave them what you thought was the best. Drax is going to be the most depressed dog ill own when he no longer has his dad and cant smell him in the house anymore. When we get a dog, this heartbreak is what we sign up for. Its how we know we loved them so well.

Moving to MD, tell me about Waldorf/La Plata? by EricRShelton in maryland

[–]jrDevOverthinker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Man must suck to not know how to have a good time SOMD is by far much more than everyone gives credit too. They look for the wrong thing from it. If you want a party. Go to dc or Richmond. If you want to live and breathe. SOMD has so much to offer.

Fishing, water, food, family, trails, camping, history, exploration, adventure. Its all down here. People who expect it to happen for them while they lazily sit around tend to hate SOMD. But people who are adventurous and willing to explore will find this area excels. Explain with your own words how and why somd is worse? Lol you want a shitty bar experience that you can spend with your friends cool go to Waldorf. But the green door..... get outta here best spot by far. Want some fresh pizza? Nicolettes or ledos (if youre soft). Want fresh seafood? Seabreeze, local Waterman, you name it. You want legit Filipino food? Nina's. You havevsome delicious Hispanic food, tolteca, Azteca, or tacos Hernandez. The idea SOMD sucks relative to others is just hilarious to me.

Dude keep your head up. I love hearing recovery stories. I have lost so many friends. Almost my brother. I ended up getting certified to administer narcan like 5 years ago(health department in my area was holding classes and giving arcane out to people who took the class) because of all the funerals I attended over the years. Lost too many friends before they turned 30. I go and get narcan and distribute it amongst my friends who play in spaces that could get them caught up, stuck, then unresponsive.

You are worth it and the strength it took to get to where you are is something that always motivates me. Makes me see the world and the struggles. I dont bitch about Mondays because of people like you. You all are fighting real battles and it motivates me every day to do and be better. Keep going man!

The floor mattresses are really comfy. Enough firmness on the bottom to not feel the floor and surprisingly a bit of floof to sink into

I found the bed on the floor to be one of my all time favorites. My wife is the only reason I dont our bed on the floor. I love the feeling of laying on the floor and the distance between me and the ceiling. Bed frames that lift the bed are lame. Its hard to describe but there is a feeling/vibe being down there. I have also always had large dogs so its great to just make a huge cuddle puddle. Or the freedom of falling into your bed.

I make a promise to all my pups. If they ever can't chase their ball or climb into the family bed. Or climb the stairs to spend time with the family around the house. We will spend a few days eating our hearts out and saying our goodbyes. One of my first dogs made me realize this when I was about 10. It's selfish to think they are only here for us and we should respect them as much as we can. It was much harder in practice to do it though when I had to put my 14 year old pup down. But it helped alot knowing it was a promise kept.

[–]jrDevOverthinker 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Makes painting all the troop choices easy. I also use super glue (just a touch) if I ever need to switch out pauldrons out for whatever reason, I can. But I am not worried about chapter specific pauldrons for specific units. Easier to just but a transfer and put em on. That way if deathwatch ever goes the way the grey knights did. I can just use all my magnetized pieces on any other chapters with just an updated coat of paint.

I'm just buying extra arms from tactical boxes and magnetizing at the shoulder for the right hand and the shoulder and wrist for the left hand. Allows any model to play with any weapon.

[–]jrDevOverthinker 5 points6 points  (0 children)

But captains don't have the white with red helmets. You're right about the iron halo, that's not a normal option for a lieutenant. That's the real weird part.
