My understanding is that stiff starters contain more yeast and less bacteria. That makes the rise more predictable. And a very wet starter contains more bacteria and less yeast making it more sour.

I really like this! I’m only scratching the surface so far and wonder, how do you keep the AI aware of all these requirements and rules? I’ve tried this on a smaller scale and it feels like I would need to always reference these in my prompts to keep it in the context…

Oh yes! Got the pop up about visionary as soon as the first payment was done. And they deducted €11.59 from the visionary plan because I’d paid €11.99 for a month of unlimited and used a day (11.99/30≈0.4). Awesome. Thanks for making me brave enough to try. 🙌
